SUBSCRIBERS:
Online@VCU and its Internet Service Provider, Access
Technology Inc., announce a new rate plan effective June 1,
2001. The new low rates will be $117.00 for 12 months of
service or $9.75 per month and $66.00 for 6 months of service
or $11.00 per month. At $9.75 and $11.00 per month, the
Online@VCU service remains a value priced alternative for
unlimited access to the Web.

Anti-virus initiative:
We are now scanning all incoming email messages for viruses
and virus attachments. This is an important and significant
upgrade to your email service that we hope will help to
protect your computer from viruses. If the scan finds a virus
within an incoming email, the software will delete the email
and send a message to the sender identifying the virus that
was found.
We are also working on reducing the amount of "spam" that
comes in to our servers. As this project progresses, we will
keep you informed.
