Scope of
Services
A.
General
Access Technology, Inc. proposes
to offer Internet access for your college students, faculty
and staff to connect via 56K modem to the Internet (subject to
Acceptable Use Policy) for a yearly fee of $117.00 per user, or a six-month fee of
$66.00 to
include one email account.
Your college or university or
bookstore will be paid $10.80 per yearly signup and $6.00 per
six month signup. If you "co-brand" the
product and advertize it as a campus sponsored service, the
commissions increase. See the
bottom line for how these
numbers add up. Either six-month or
twelve-month subscriptions will be accepted.
Internet access will include
up to 200 hours per month of online usage and will have a 30
minute time out for inactivity plus a 4 hour session
timeout. Access will be available
from over 2,400 locations throughout the USA. As
your user base increases to 1,000 users the Internet access may
become "unlimited". This is due to the decreased cost
for that subscriber base. This "unlimited" access is
offered at our discretion.

Access
Technology, Inc. proposes to provide optional Internet content
filtering at no cost to your subscriber. This content
filtering does not allow "unacceptable sites" to be viewed by
the browser. This is an optional service that can be
turned on or off. Note that this content filtering is
not offered until your subscriber base reaches at least 1,000
users and is offered at our discretion.
C.
Hardware/Software Functional Requirements
Access Technology, Inc. proposes
to meet or exceed all hardware/software requirements and to
offer all users access at no additional setup costs.
Computers will be supported by technical support for
configuration of Internet access, email and any additional
services subscribed to by the end-user. All
individuals shall have unique logins and email accounts at a
unique domain name to be determined.
D.
Continuing
Support
Technical support shall be available from 8
A.M. to 11 P.M. Monday through Friday and from 9 A.M. to 5
P.M. Saturday and 11 A.M. to 7 P.M. Sunday.
During the contracted period, all subscribers
shall have unlimited technical support for the services to
which they have subscribed. There shall be no additional fees for this
technical support.
E.
Project Schedule
Access Technology, Inc. shall provide delivery
of the service within 30 days from receipt of the order.
F.
Campus Reseller's
Responsibilities
The Campus Reseller is to promote the service to students,
faculty and staff (optionally alumni).
G.
General
Contract Terms and Conditions
Invoices shall be generated monthly on the first
and fifteenth of each month for subscriptions that have
occurred since the prior invoicing period. For example, if
during the period of August 1, 2003 to August 14,
2003 there have been 300 subscribers entered to the system,
the invoice shall be for the amount due for the 300
subscribers. As subscribers enroll subsequently, invoices
shall be generated appropriately. Either six-month,
nine-month or 12-month
subscriptions will be accepted. |
