How to configure the Internet Setup Assistant
  1. Double-click the Hard Drive icon.
  2. Double-click the Internet folder.
  3. Double-click the Internet setup assistant alias icon.
  4. Click the Yes button.
  5. Click the Yes button.
  6. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  7. In the What would you like to name this configuration text box, type InternetConnections.Com.
  8. Click the right arrow
  9. Select your modem from the list. If you do not see your modem listed select next closest modem.
  10. Select the modem port.
  11. Select the tone button.
  12. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  13. In the What is the phone number for this configuration text box, type your local InternetConnections.Com access number. Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.
  14. In the What name do you use with this service text box, type your e-mail address. Example username@internetconnections.com
  15. In the What is your password text box, type your password.
  16. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  17. Select No.
  18. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  19. Select No.
  20. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  21. In the What is the DNS address text box, 216.230.0.2 and press enter key.
  22. Type 216.230.0.3 and press type enter key.
  23. In the What is the Domain Name (or host name) for this configuration text box, type InternetConnections.Com
  24. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  25. In the What is the e-mail address for this configuration text box, type your username@internetconnections.com
  26. In the What is the password for this configuration text box, type your password.
  27. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  28. In the What is the e-mail account for this configuration text box, type your username@internetconnections.com
  29. In the What is the e-mail host for this configuration text box, type mail.internetconnections.com
  30. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  31. In the What is the news group host for this configuration text box, type news.internetconnections.com
  32. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  33. Select No.
  34. Click the right arrow button to continue.
  35. Select Check the connection when finished box.
  36. Click the Go Ahead button to connect.
  37. Once connected launch a web browser, email client or other internet application.
